Do I have to pay shipping charges?

For Domestic Orders (India):

  • We offer free shipping on all orders of ₹4,000 or more.

  • For orders below ₹4,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 will be applied.

For International Orders:

  • Shipping charges vary based on the destination country.

  • Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

How long does delivery take?

For Domestic Orders:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 5–6 working days.

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

  • Need it sooner? We’re happy to help—connect with us via WhatsApp for priority handling.

For International Orders:

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 7–8 working days.

  • Delivery typically takes 8–10 business days post-dispatch.

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

How do I track my order?

  • You'll receive a confirmation email after your order is placed.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive another email with tracking details.

What if my parcel appears tampered or damaged?

If the package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel.

  • Take a photo of the damaged package.

  • Contact us immediately via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

We will investigate and, based on availability, dispatch a replacement. We'll confirm the revised delivery schedule with you before shipping again.

Can I combine two separate international orders for reduced shipping?

Unfortunately, due to regulatory and compliance reasons, we cannot combine separate orders once they are placed. Shipping charges will apply individually to each order unless both meet the free shipping threshold.

Are international orders eligible for exchanges or returns?

No, international orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns at this time.
