Returns & Exchange Policy

At Dori Doriya, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of each piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges in the form of store credits under the following terms:


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged or returned within 5 days of delivery, only in the form of store credits.

  • Items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

  • Each order is eligible for one-time return/exchange only.

  • Products on Sale or Discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Refunds are not offered, as every product is made with considerable time and effort.


Size Exchange

  • Please refer to our size chart carefully before making a purchase.

  • In case you still need to exchange the size, reverse pickup charges of ₹300 will apply.

  • You must initiate the exchange within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

    • If a Sunday falls within this window, the timeline is extended by 24 hours.

  • Ensure the item is unused and the original tags are intact when returning.

When will I receive my store credit?

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue a store credit valid for 60 days.
You can use this credit for your next purchase or for exchanging the product with another size (if available).


What if I receive a damaged product?

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, please do not accept it.

What if a product is missing from my order?

If any product is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
