🌿 Shipping

We ship all across India! Your order will be packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once it’s on the way, you’ll get a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

Need it sooner or have special requests? Just drop us a message, we’re happy to help!

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t do returns just yet, but we do offer size exchanges within 5 days of delivery. The item should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To request an exchange, simply email us at doridoriyawithlove@outlook.com with your order number. Please note : the shipping cost to send it back is on you, and we’ll handle the rest.

❌ Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your piece goes into production and we won’t be able to cancel it.

⚠️ Received the wrong or damaged item?

Oh no! If something’s not right with your order, email us at [your support email] within 48 hours of receiving it, along with clear photos and your order number. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

🎁 Gift Cards

Our gift cards are valid for 12 months and make the loveliest little surprise! They’re non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash, but they do bring joy.

Drop us a message at doridoriyawithlove@outlook.com or DM us on Instagram @doridoriyawithlove with your idea. We’ll chat with you about fabric availability, sizing, timeline, and pricing. Once we’ve confirmed all the details, we’ll send you a payment link to get started.

Please note:

Custom pieces are made-to-order and take a little extra time ( usually 10–15 working days ). Since they’re made just for you, custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once confirmed.
